The bank deposit report was not working correctly with multiple cash drawers in a deposit. The cash drawer balance matched the deposit as it was made, but not the total on the report. This discrepancy has been corrected.
Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable > Reports Menu > Payments/Deposits Tab > Bank Deposit Listing
Correction ID: RCV001306
The Monthly Summary Report in the Close Month process can hang if other users are in Tenant Accounts Receivable. This issue has been corrected.

Correction ID: RCV001339
Payment Wizard > Step 1 of 3
In the first step of the Payment Wizard, the default payment type can be lost by clicking elsewhere on the form. If you click on the Payment Date for example, it will blank out the Type of Payment field. If you do not catch the 'blank field' when entering the payment, you will receive an error message stating: "You must select a Payment Type". This has been corrected.
Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable > Receivables > F5 to take payment.
Correction ID: RCV001358
Unable to view tenant detail with annual payments. This is only a problem when the tenant has annual recurring payments.
Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable >Tenant Browse >Tenant Detail
Correction ID: RCV001355
After a change, some clients could not run the Recurring Transaction Listing in Tenant Accounts Receivable (the report would hang and never generate). The view was fixed so all future upgrades will not have any problems.

Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable > Reports > Units tab > Vacant Unit Listing report
Enhancement ID: RCV001350
Added a new column to the Account Summary tab of Tenant Accounts Receivable that displays the Prepayment Amount so the user can see non-zero balance accounts. Adding the Prepayment Amount to the grid makes it more obvious that there is a balance on the account, which is better than allowing the user to inactivate the account and then getting the error message - "This Account cannot be inactivated because the balance is not zero." This usually happens when the user tries to inactivate an escrow account and they are not aware that the account does not have a zero balance.
Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable > Maintain Tenant Leases > Account Summary tab (preferred)
or
Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable > Receivables (Customer) > Account Summary tab
Correction ID: RCV001349

Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable >Periodic Processing > Monthly Tab > Generate Statements
Enhancement ID: RCV001346
You can now include all vacant units when printing the Unit Status with Open Offers report.
Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable > Reports Menu > Unit Tab > Unit Status With Open Offers
Correction ID: RCV001307
When you inactivate a Tenant Accounts Receivable account tied to a lease and recurring rent, no message pops up indicating what the implications are. As a result, the tenant information will not display an ‘A’ (which is used to indicate the lease is active on the rental register) and rent will not generate on this tenant when the Generate Monthly transactions process is run. This has been corrected to prevent this and a message has been added that will inform you about the consequences of inactivating the account. When you try to inactivate the account, it checks to make sure that the current account isn’t tied to the current lease before it can be detected.
Path: Tenant Accounts Receivable > Tenant > Account Summary tab > Inactivating accounts
Enhancement ID: RCV001235

An employee entering multiple labor time records must enter those records in chronological order since the system will not automatically sort them by chronological order.
