Bug Report

When editing Applicant Details, an error would occur that prevented you from saving changes to the Head of Household. This has been corrected. (Cases 8815 and 8868)

Consumable Inventory

Bug Report

The program was incorrectly calculating the Issue Cost and PHA Cost of inventory items issued to work orders through the Handheld Consumable Inventory program. This has been corrected. (Case 8687)

Financial Reports

WinTen²⁺ Program Version: 1.7.1.0

Enhancement

We have added the GL Detailed General Ledger data source in Scribe. It supports reporting comparable to the Detailed General Ledger report in the WinTen² General Ledger program. (Case 5043)

Bug Report

Financial Report Writer was incorrectly calculating grand totals that summed both subtotals and individual detail lines. This has been corrected. (Case 8026)

Fixed Assets

WinTen² Program Version: 1.1.5.6

Bug Report

When run from within the Post Depreciation Wizard, the Final Posting Report incorrectly included only inactive items. This in turn prevented that report from matching the Pre-Posting Report and the amounts posted to General Ledger. This has been corrected. (Case 8830)

FSS

WinTen²⁺ Program Version: 1.7.1.0

Enhancements

We have added the FSS Disbursement data source and example report in Scribe. (Case 5085)

We have added the FSS Discrepancy report in Scribe. This report identifies certifications that still need to be imported into the FSS program. (Case 7103)

Bug Reports

For tenants receiving dual subsidy, FSS escrow transactions sometimes failed to post to the tenant's account in Tenant Accounts Receivable. This has been corrected. (Case 8230)

An error would occur when you ran FSS Scribe reports. This has been corrected. (Case 8132)

When processing FSS escrow interest, the program failed to account for certain escrow adjustments. This has been corrected. (Case 8212)

Inspections

WinTen²⁺ Program Version: 1.7.1.0

Enhancement

We have added owner name and contact information fields to the Inspection Letter data source in Scribe. (Case 9037)

Bug Report

The Inspection Letter data source in Scribe generated incorrect information for move-in inspections scheduled from the Schedule Inspections screen. This has been corrected. (Case 9155)

Occupancy and Rent Calculation

Enhancement

We have added the Tenant Information data source in Scribe, which includes information on the tenant and household, the unit, and rent calculations. (Case 6263)

Payroll

WinTen² Program Version: 2.0.12.1

Bug Report

Wages would accrue incorrectly when the pay period end date and the check date were in the same month. This has been corrected. (Case 9078)

Purchase Orders

WinTen² Program Version: 2.0.1.10

Enhancement

We have enhanced the wizards that create Quotes, Requisitions, and Purchase Orders, to make it easier to identify new requests that have not been acted on yet. On Step 2 (Select Purchase Requests), we have added a "New Requests" filter as an option in the View drop-down list, and we have added the Status column to the grid. (Case 3989)

Bug Reports

The drop-down list for Allocation Code incorrectly included inactive allocations. This has been corrected to show only active Allocation Codes. (Case 3782)

An error prevented you from editing certain encumbered purchase orders. This has been corrected . (Case 8207)

Section 8 Tenant and Landlord

Enhancements

We have added the Tenant Information data source in Scribe, which includes information on the tenant and household, the unit, and rent calculations. (Case 6263)

We have added owner name and contact information fields to the ORC Tenants with S8 Information data source in Scribe. (Case 9069)

Bug Report

When you manually added a 1099 adjustment and chose not to post it to General Ledger (by unchecking the Post to Ledger checkbox), the adjustment would still post to the Check Reconciliation program as an uncleared transaction. This has been corrected, so that 1099 adjustments that do not post to General Ledger will now post to Check Reconciliation as cleared zero-dollar transactions. (Case 7590)
